Some Options:
1. you could dedicate each program to one of the persons who is leaving - it would be good to use names.
2. Thank each person's contribution, memorable ones and not so well-known ones too.
3. Would be a good idea to do a background study on each person's likes and hobbies (of the batch which is leaving)
4. Allow the out-going batch to speak
5. Ask teachers (leacturers, Lab assistants, visiting faculty) to speak about what they though good about the out-going batch OR take Quotes from teachers and present them.
6. go a bit Munna-bhai style and highlight the contribution of the watch-men (guards), the cleaning staff, the support staff - your education would not have been complete with out their contribution
7. High-light individual contributions and group (team) contributions
