If Banking is the career you want to choose, you must then cut out on some routine work and manage tour time properly. Get up in the morning atleast one hour early and sleepm late by an hour and concentrate on your studies n preparation for the test. Cut doun your other routine activities like watching television, spending time with your friends after office hours. With these actions, you will find adequate extra time for preparation. But, do keep readind the newspaper regularly - atleast two daily.
