If you think you can switch over to any other engineering concepts and have a diploma in electrical and electronics even you create some electronic machinery to control yarns in the textile division....Your basic course varies from Electrical and electronics engineering , you are elegible to enter in the 2year B.E textile engineering.

first along with some other computer courses as an added advantage, search for a job, settle if they got a good job. Normally Diploma students get the salary around Rs.10K mark initially. Or they even initially.
