Education alone can't do much of the job searching. The demand for the population is definitely higher than the supply of useful jobs. India is still predominantly under-utilized in industries and workplaces. The situation gets grim with longevity and closure of sicker industries.

There are ways that people can improve their individual aptitude to pursue a job. And the nation's government can also help create more avenues for educated youth to pursue a decent professional career.

Above all, the educated youth should not lose hope. In case the jobs are less, the demand for doing something new is always there. A lot of today's educated young brigade are creating job opportunities by setting up businesses.

It's like you get the basic qualification ... and it's up to you how you nurture it to serve the workforce.

Education will provide a job. But we have to qualify some more skills with the qualification. Those things are,
1) Communication Skills
2) Application Skills from our qualification
Many of us lack in either communication or application skills. Thats why many of the well qualified peoples still roaming as an unemployed fellows. A single thing will not give you everything.

Education is important for a job but it doesn't promise u a job. Just as life or even god does promise happiness all the time. but keep trying and don't be ashamed of doing anything that comes ur way.

Education doesnt provide any of the above mentioned.

It just give you the skill or makes you capable of carrying out the job or work.

Another thing is quality of the skill. Thats why just fewofthe candidates get through the selection process for a job/employment.

Lastly, there is a relation between "Demand" and "supply".

For e.g if there are 100 posts of a computer operator to be filled and there are 1000 who applied for those posts. Then its obvious that they cannont hire all 1000 people to do 100 peoples job right? so they have to reject 900.

education does provide job,,but for that u need to be skilled...moreover no one will give u an executive post right away..u start from basic level to reach it..coming to unemployment..it exists because if everyone becomes an engineer or doctor where can u get a job...try basic sciences like teaching..there is lack of teachers these days...join paramedical courses ..u can earn in thousands..
