What are the human parts can a man be able to donate others when he live healthy?

have to live cautiously with a lot of restrictions afterward but most imporatantly you can donate part of your liver, which many people do not know....yep very much..... the best known is the kidney which donate a kidney, eye and skin. After death heart, both the eyes and other body parts can be donated can be donated.

How do u react to the concept of operating out the body parts of all dead people and stored for further use, of the blind and crippled, as a policy decision?

....why make it so complicated? why not voluntarily donate your body? i have, 5 yrs back.......Truly a noble act, as it is living and making live beyond death....its a very good idea if dead peoples organs help to see the world and help to live their life in batter way and give to new life to others. its really g8 idea...it is very useful practice .
