Well according to me, LG and Hitachi are the brands using the IPS panel which is considered to be the best TV panel till now in the LCD TV.

Guys, I only know about the VA panel used by Samsung, Sony, and Panasonic in their LCD TVs. But don’t know about the IPS panel.
