Is there any similarities between bribe taking and begging?

not smile....Well Sonia If people are begging for legitimate reasons then I cannot condone that. That is the basic necessity of human beings. I would even understand if someone desperate need wants to steal are equally involved in this forceful begging. No, there is no difference between begging and taking bribe. everybody is begging for SMS. like news channels,tv serials,websites,bid n win. for non sense things they beg for your SMS.what should be the treatment.
