i cldnt dial using my new/old pw,i wnt 2 bsnl bt they mke some xcuse.Some says it needs to be reset bt will take long time evn I lodg cmplaint in bsnl. Help

well David , in this situation if u forgot ur password then ask the BSNL customer care to reset ur password so by that there is not password use for dialing and then if u want u can make.if u forget ur password other then BSNL customer care nobody can do anything. so by not facing this situation it is better for u to always write down all the necessary things in a safe diary and store in a secure
