in the age of 18....till then they not complete their post gradution...When they are knowing, what are the uses of mobile or cell phone i.e. good or bad advantages....at the age of 16...20...I think 12yrs is goodhi can you be my frd i am from belgaum...After school probably after 17 years of age...for me mobile is life and blood bcoz i got my 1st love by a missed call. I always thnik why dont I have it earlier
