Off course they dont want to waste thier time if they get to know that she does have a boy friend already! Hence the question to either woo her or get lost quickly and find new partner.

Because how can a girl maintain more than one boyfriend, if a boy is really seriuos he always wants his girlfriend alone and i think a girl shouls also think same .then only bonding will be cemented.
