See Alok, That time he does not able to get the proper knowledge about the world environment means which is good and which is bad. So he does not able to take proper decissions.

A boy gets confused because he has not set any goals for him. Also,this happens because he is not aware of his skills and talent. So,he cannot decide what field to choose for his career. For example, if a boy knows that he has a talent for dancing, obviously he will choose his career as a choreographer. So,he doesn't get confused.
