a lot of fibre and does not turn dark even when sored in fridge for 4-5 days....Shakti Bhog. I have been using it for last 5 years...Chakki atta is the best !...All are branded wheat flours and containrajashthani special wheat...aashirvvad is the best of all as its fresh and always healthy.....its being used in my house sing 2 yrs and its brilliant ...ive had other brands also but the best

i want to gain some weight, give me some tablet names or hospital address in bangalore or food everyday what i want to take.

of soyabean and wheat , first u have to raost the soyabean nutrela and mix it with the wheat and make atta powder of that and eat rotis of that and in the evening just eat 2 bananas , u will gain your weight , lunch and dinner , and u take 500 grams in breakfast 300 grams in lunch and 200 grams in dinner , the ratio should be of 5 :3 :2 and make the atta of soyabean and wheat , first u have to raost
