it is very difficult for a girl to propose someone...
but still shweta u can provide him some hint that u like him...through ur frnd or by sending mail in which u accept that u like him (make ur mail more pictoral to make him understnd through images or pictures)

Hi shweta...... See if u cant propose him eye to eye, do one thing. If he knows any other language which u dont know, then ask him that , what to say for I love U in that language.... and then elaborate on using that initiative. Do it........
