court mein husband aur wife ke saath na rehane ke kaaranon ka byora maanga jaata hai!...court mein peshi hoti hai!...vakilon ki bahas hoti hai... yeh sab ek-do mahine yaa kai kai varshon tak bhi chalata hai!... Divorce kararwai...bahut dukh-dayak prakriya hai!

...Devorce court se grant ho jaane ke baad husband aur wife devorcee kehlaate hai!..effects, good aur bad ...dono hi hote hai! ....bed effects ke antergat, samaaj me dono ko sanmaan janak najar se nahi dekha jyaata...kyon ki devorce ke liye dono kohi jimmedaar maana jaata hai!...agar aise mein children ke hone par unhe bhi pidadayak jivan gujaarana padata hai!.....


Good effect ko bhi naakara nahi jaa sakata!...dukhad married life ka devorce ke baad ' the end' aa jaata hai aur naye sirese, naye anukul jivan saathi ke liye rasta khul jaata hai!...jivan ko sukhmay banaane ka ek aur mauka mil jaata hai!

...isameim bahut kuchh khona bhi padata hai ...aur bahut kuchh man-maafik mil bhi jaata hai!

It is better to negotiate with your partner and live happily instead of taking divorce. If you are very sure to take divorce then they are lot of clauses in the law and this space is not enough to explain you dear. So, it is better you consult a lawyer and ask him what exactly you want from your spouse or you want to give him or her. According to your needs and requirements lawyer will plan and get good evidence against the your spouse and file the case in the court. have nice day

I can say you about divorce in short. If husband and wife cannot live together for some reasons, they may approach the Court for divorce. There are certain reasons under which divorce order can be requested from court. The court may try for conciliation. If it is not possible, the Court may order for judicial separation for one year. Even the couples did not live together for one year from that date onwards, then the court can grant order for divorce. Both the spouses are free to marry any other person after divorce.
You are loosing nothing; but you are gaining freedom and live in a narrow way for better prosperous futre. I am not recommending for divorce. But, if you think that divorce is the only solution, they there is nothing wrong to select it.

divorce dilon ko todta hai jiska harjana dono ko later stage par pata chalta hai jab chidiya khet chug kar chali gayi hoti hai or tumhen pata bhi nahin chalta. children most affected hote hain. apne sukh ke liye agar children ke future ki bali de sakte ho then good. yeh baat aur hai ki children in future may not respect the sacrifice but u hv to be ready for that situation.
