we filed mutual divorce petition. The court gave the hearing date. Can I ALONE ask for postponing hearing date? what is the method, documents? Please help, Thx

Hi Ninad,
Why do you want to postpone hearing date? If there is a valid reason apply to the court for adjournment on the hearing date.If you have a lawyer he can do it for you.
