My dear, you don't need astro help, as your case is legally presentable, all you need is document/ medical record to prove the allegation of mental sickness and that you are living apart from last 7 years.....that's it!!

isme to koi pareshaani wali baat nahi hai, iske liye aap ya to mutually divorce ke liye koshish kar sakte hai ya phir unke mentally sickness ka certificate is kaam main aapki kanooni madad karega. ho sakta hai ki aapke sasural wale isse nahi accept kare to aap se maintenance ki demand kare. to iske liye bhi aap tayaar rahe. koshish kare ki ye kaam aasaani se ho jaye, isi main hi samajhdaari hai.
ab woh mental hai to kisi bhi tarah unke safe future ka bhi khayal kare after all kaafi saalo se woh aapke saath rahe hai, aapke kitne kids hai unse. agar hai to unka kya hoga.
ha isme ek option ye bhi hai aap unke presence main bhi dussari marriage kar sakte hai. court is baat ki bhi permission deta hai.

Since you have mentioned your birth details, it seems you want your answer from astronomical point of view. Hope some will answer you from that angle. I am elaborating legal aspect.

Since she is not with you for 7 years, you can file suit for divorce on the ground of desertion.

As far as mental is concerned, you take that ground also, but court will allow that ground only if she is such short of mental so as to endanger your life if she lives with you.
