If u r not going abroad for nex six months then wait. Perhaps u may get second marriage. Kindly settle yr life to remian lonely or get married again. then apply for renew of passport.

iske liye aapko apne divorced documents ke saath ek affidavite banvana padega, jo ki kisi lawyer se consult kar ke banva sakte hai, or kisi bhi news paper main public interest ke ya public notice ke liye dena padega bas aapka naam badal jaayega. or owh cutting aap kahi bhi dekha kar apne naam ko change kara sakte hai legally.

You should get an affidavit stating that after your divorce you have changed your name to the earlier name. A news pape publication should be done to effect your new name, i.e. earlier one.

Thereafter you should make application in passport office for correction of your name along with necessary documents including decree of divorce. Passport office will cancel your passport and issue you new one.

You have to file an affidavit in the passport office along with the copy of the publication of a notification in a newspaper to this effect. The passport office would make the endorsements.
