If within 4 months one of the spouses has asked for a mutual divorce means that any sort of compatibility is not existing at all between them. I would suggest a visit to the marriage counselor before taking the final decision.
Secondly if you are thinking about harassment from her side don't think twice, but go for the divorce immediately.
Most important thing in this type of cases is that you should have some neutral witnesses to the fact that there is no friction or abuse( mental or physical) from your side. So, the best thing would be to go to a counselor and let her clearly state that there is no harassment from your side as this will help to absolve you in the future if she retracts from her stand.
When you have a feeling that she may go for a complaint against you or your people, I suggest an immediate dissolution of the marriage.

Four months is too short time. Dont rush for this decision please. Being an adult there are all possibilities that human nature is rigid, and never want to change ourselves. However, marraige is such realtion where everybody in family has to mold oneselves such that other person comes in comfort zone. The more you do, more opposite person will do.

Be faithful to each other that, you have decision to get married cosidering only good points. Nothing comes free in this world & no one is perfect. One can not be perfect. Hence every person has + as well as -, concentrate on + points in first few months or 1 year, then you can find & correct -ves.
