Oh bloodyfool get the proof and go through the legal advice and file the case of cheating.Dont Break your head and others.

You can apply for judicial seperation and if court allows it you can get her evicted. But, do note court will ask you to make arrangements for alternate residence.

no this is not in legal way, don't do as like that otherwise you may be in trouble, so just try to fight legally if you case on her for divorce so just try to get decision in your favor. so no need to kick off her in this way.

ur wife may have cheated u but u have allowed it too...

forgive her... its the best revenge always....... instead of divorce & force act with LOVE... & u will get +ve results...

try to know why she cheated u..... any compulsion? or u did not give time.. anything must be there... instead of howling at her.... talk to her gently... as a true friend.... u will get ur solution fast...

moreover, thank God for this situation... praise His genius, for u can prove ur honesty & commitment to the relation now... with His blessings, u can again start afresh...

breaking up is easy but maintaining it despite troubles is a difficult task... suppose if terrible thunder or lightning starts suddenly, do the pilot give up or tries his best to reach a safe landing??

u r matured enough..... think wisely before u act..... but place urself in her position too.... :-)
