once u got married then she can apper anytime and show snaps and can prove that u r legally married. So go and get divorce.

Marriage if performed by hindu way, there is no requirement of registration whether it is love marriage or arranged marriage. Marriage without registration is also having same legal recognition as that of marriage registered.

You can re-marry only after divorce.

You can file divorce case only after completion of one year from marriage and not before that.

no need for any registration if you have arrange marriage. you can apply for divorce , after divorced yo can get remarry. legally. but till then you must wait for.
