i think you must get divorce in family so there is no lawyer get entered in family court, it will discussed between husband and wife.

your marriage!! Try to make her realise this ya . Best wishes . . ....yes u can get divorce by mutual consent u/s 13 B of hindu marrige act,but you have to wait for one year from ur marriage dt. or u can go for a complaint against you or your people, I suggest an immediate dissolution of the marriage.BEST OF LUCK!!!...a marriage for four months and an early divorce way tooweird to happen
