After divorce whether ex-parte or normal, you can remarry only after 90 days, that is period within which opposite party can prefer appeal.
Some one may suggest you that since divorce is ex-parte there is no need for waiting of appeal period. But there is provision of setting aside ex-parte decree within 30 days of decree. Also, in case of any gross legal infirmity in decree, one may appeal without preferring for ex-parte decree.
Ex-parte decree, limits right of opposite party to produce further evidence, but does not limit right to say about legal infirmity.
