You can file a case for annullment of marriage U/s 12 (1) a of H.M.A and can seek divorce but you would need the medical record for proving the charges you have mentioned...

If it is permanent decease then u can apply for nullety of marriage.

You have mentioned technical name of the disease, I am not much aware of this disease. But as far as law is concerned, law provides for divorce on the ground of virulent andincurable form of leprosy or venereal disease in acommunicable form. Hence, If this is the case, you can file suit for divorce.

If the disease does not fall in this catagory, you can ask your wife for mutual consent divorce and get divorce on mutual consent.

But there is nothing in law which provide for any case for fraud marriage.

just consult with parents and inlaws in this matter, i think they hide this kind of disease if she have, ut just take it easy, so look at her nature how she behave and what about nature.
just try to get mutually divorce, , it could be happened to any one, so just be a soft corner in heart, either you can get divorce while showing and also indicate that fraud marriage reason as a proof in the court .
