No, without a degree U can't do ur PG, even the Supreme Court order is "No". U can do ur degree through distance learning either from IGNOU or Annamalai University or any other UGC recognised University & then do ur PG through the distance mode of education, where U study on ur own or attend classes which are conducted for the course as well. Or U have another option U can join evening college which are meant for working people. To get the detailed info.
