I have a white pimple like bump on my face thats been there for awhile it won't pop or go away. Any suggestion?

Dear friend it seems that ur suffering from constipation and also having heavy food in digestion any way apply self uriene in the morning and kep it for about 1 hrs and then wash u r face and letme know thanks
