The neurology department of Safdarjung hospital, Delhi is the best of India, go there and get yourself checked. In pvt. hospitals you will be charged for more & more unrequired tests, after spending 20 thousand your all the reports will be normal.
First check the other reasons of the above symptoms i.e. gas, acidity, constipation, undigestion, eysight etc.
Meanwhile take the following medicine and just see if you are cured and cured of unnessary worry of brain tumer :
1. Shir Shuladi Vajra Ras : 2 tabs twice a day - with-
2. Pathyadi quath : 2 tsp. mixed in water twice a day.
3. Ekangveer Ras : 2 tabs. twice a day at separate time.

How can you think that you have brain tumor without going through any tests...
Anyway, here I am writing you some symptoms of brain tumor, go through it...

1.Headaches (usually worse in the morning)
2.Nausea or vomiting
3.Changes in speech, vision, or hearing
4.Problems balancing or walking
5.Changes in mood, personality, or ability to concentrate
6.Problems with memory
7.Muscle jerking or twitching (seizures or convulsions)
8.Numbness or tingling in the arms or legs

You can't think of having the symptoms of brain tumour and other problems unless you have gone through various tests to confirm them. Please consult a good neurologist in your city and get all the relevant tests done like MRI, CT Scan etc.
