If he is cured of brain fever give him Shiro Virechan (clearence of brain like you clear your intestines every morning), Take apamarg beej churna and try to snif by nose, after snififing he will sneeze 2-3 times or more, this is Shiro virachan.
Put Anu tail 2 drops on each nostril and ask him to sinf forcebly through nose as soon as you put oil in each nostril, at bed time, night.
You have not mentioned weather he is cured of fever or not, if he is still suffering then give him following treatment first :
1. Jay mangal ras = 1 tab twice a day
2. Anand bhairav ras (Kas) = 1 tab twice a day
3. Satva giloy = 500mg. twice a day
All three all together.
