In my free time i am think and watch up the worlds following ways and learn what is right and what is wrong also limits and speed of changes then implimenting on disputing moments and my mind and soul present the two different ways, again i compare with free times results, than follow the further results. Also i like playing any game, any un-understanding things, problem solwing, listning musics.

You should have full control over your 5 senses by building up self confidence.DO what ur brain says to you and what is best for you and your family.
Also you should do exercises or morning walk which will help you out.
Enjoy your life to fullest.Follow your duty..And see the result.

you would actually keep your soul and mind both co-ordinating together by involving in activities which you enjoy the most becuse you feel happy to do these activities and eventually you could perform your level best and come out with flying colours and keep yourself from activities which keeps you restless or strained.because you get pre-occupied with a negative instinct and you could perform the worst you could.
