Stress may either be physical or mental. There are many ways to fight stress. Those may differ according to the nature of stress. But whatever the nature or form of stress may be , the best way is to relax first the entire body and mind by some suitable and easier method and then give some strong autosuggestion saying that you are free from stress and you have no fears , no worries , no angers , no anxieties and so on. Repeat the same process when you are going to bed at night and sleep a quiet and calm sleep.
