get a certificate from your doctor that you are fit now , and then tell wht truth, , , no one can eliminate you on this ground then . . . be confident enough to tell rather than having any shame . .. its common now a days

The best answer is ' My family was wanted my full time intention on that time, as they are in double concicunces related finecial and property and now i'm fully free to join my carrier and i commit you that i fully consentrate on my job.' Then you ask a request that 'Respected Sir' in my life family is most important and my parents are depending on my alive personalty, so please when they reqired my presence, give me some time only to attanding the problems, i'll try to solve that as soon as posible.' Dear in interview viewers check the presentation mind and the ablity of answering. If they try to know deeply tell tem kindly that matter has some personal information of your parents and say also sorry for that.

Hey Santosh.....this is really a very critical situation as every organisation wud like to know about those four years gap....
In my suggestion while facing interviews you must direct your reasoning for this gap in a positive manner...reasons will differ acc to your age, qualification & experience...for e.g if your age is around 24-26 years you may say that you were preparing for some exams & due to some family problem are not able to pursue it further now...if you around 28-30 you may say that you were into your family business which is about to be closed due to some unfavourable conditions...I know all these are lies but believe me speaking truth is not going to get u a job...once you get a job you won't have too much difficulty in moving to another job (of your taste) after a couple of year...

Hi Santosh,
I don't think it would be wrong on your part to disclose the facts about your condition. One is not supposed to discriminate with someone only because someone had a mental problem in their life.
God forbid in case you had some other medical illness during this period you would have disclosed that if needed. Wouldn't you?

answer what is true and never try show some cause because they are quite experienced. you can tell that you were depressed and it took some times to recover but you have developed confidence now you can face any problems and overcome them.this will be a plus point for you because it is not a matter of joke to overcome depression. i know this will remedy the situation.
