Read the HR policy.Company needs to pay a months sal if they ask to resign.you can't sign the exit form until they ask u to quit or u resign.Better to find a job in between and say bye.Take a help of a lawyer otherwise.

1st ask him 4 wht reason he's firing u out??is it a very big issue???if still he doesnt agrees den take ur salary til date n throw him a resignation paper on his face...u'll get job sumwhr else as thr r plenty of jobs...work wid seelf respect n ur own dignity...don't let any1 underestimate u..all d best

This question is relative in nature. To judge from your point of view will be a unilateral judgement. Now, as it is not possible to interact with your boss. Let me give you few tips. You must find out the root cause of his anger. He is shouting at you, that is a derived cause, not the root cause. If he is dissatisfied with you on the ground that he thinks you are useless, then just tell him gently: Sir, please give me a second chance, I know I have not performed up to your expectations, but my career is at stake? If it is because he is dissatisfied for personal reasons and you are just a casualty, then simply say: Sorry Sir, please pardon me this time. Please let me know at archandeb@yahoo.com

file a case in labour court .dont let him fire u so easily...there rplenty of legal options available,consult a labour law specialist.

i wouldn't ask you to sign the exit form because he might be tempting you to know if you are really serious about your job. Are you a Christian? If yes, then i would strongly ask you to pray about it. Tell God your problem and he will certainly see you through. You don't have to quit your job because of your boss. You have to show him the stuff that you are made of. Make him realize that you can handle whatever situation you find yourself and he will respect you for that. Make sure you do the right thing at the right time and do not be at the right place at the wrong time.

Please mention the type of industry you are in.Is it a corporate or BPO sector?If he is making you sign the exit form,you can contact your HR department.If you are performing well, they should be able to question your boss or look for an alternative department for either of you.However more ways can be looked up if we have proper details.

Dear Parvinder: Time for clear communication with your boss and a bit of self-analysis. Try and find out what exactly is it abt you that irritates your boss. If you find some weak points abt yourself, try and change them.

Speak to your boss when he is in his comfort zone. Try and find out what exactly are his grudges against you and make him aware that his bad behaviour is equally not acceptable by you.

But, if you feel this doesn't work, then tell him that you are not going to take his unprofessional behaviour at the office and would pursue this matter with the HR or senior authority. This should be enough to set him right. Have confidence in yourself. This job is not the end of the world. So don't disgrace yourself and accept whatever crap you get at your workplace. You have to stand up for your respect.
