My boss is very rude person, he shouted me on little things, and now he tell me to sign the exit form and leave the company, pls help me how can i handle him  

As you have already crossed your extent of tolerate.You ask him the reason of resign,and even if he is addament then complain to more senior officers but do your work honestly ans complete so that they can not wuestion you and give him back reply if you are right at your place so that he will be in his limit in future.

You do not have to sign if you do not want to.
He can't force you to leave by yourself if you do not want to.
(I am not sure about the rest, the obvious would be to talk to a superior of your boss if what he was shouting for were not your mistakes)

dude.... there is nothing in the world called a "good boss". All bosses are the same no matter where u go and who you work for.
just try and be polite with him and put your views in front of him. handle him tactfully as in make him realise he is doing wrong without being rude... and if things dont improve, its time to move on !!!!

Hi parvinder this is the time to move on... if he is so rude and claims you as the victim for the things that you aren't involved in then think again... just take a brave decision whether this is the place of your destiny.cold you be able to expose your talents in a workplace where you are treated not far better than a servant is. so you gotta find a workplace which permits you to explore new talents and able to showcase your talents... or you could take it the other way around you should be very patient in your office in which you are currently working in. make a sensitive decision which would not hinder your chances to achieve greatness...

First u need to decide what's the root cause...if he is angry due to some temporary factor or loose temper u should not worry..if its other way round then in my personal opinion u should start looking a better job...hopefull you would definitely get a better one but first u need to analyse if u r misinterpreting the things..in case u do then u must learn to improve ur understanding...If u feel ur right at ur position then u must complain to ur HR regarding ur greivances...Let ur boss face the music too..Understand one thing every organisation needs good employees..hence if u r a good one u would definitely get a better job. Don't panic & go by ur self esteem...but yeah think twice that u r rightly interpreting the facts else u would face problem in next organisation too...

In my opinion you should start looking for a better job. Where the staffs and the bosses are more friendly and co-operative. We spend most of our time in office, if we are not happy in office we can become bitter. We could not do anything to the boss but we may behave rudely when we go home and to our beloved.
