Meditation can be done either sitting on the floor with a mat or on ur bed, as long as U are sitting in a straight posture with ur thumb & first fingers held together of both hands resting on ur both knees, with closed eyes, inhaling & exhaling, memorising & chanting of any one of ur favourite mantras of any God. Meditation helps in improving breathing, concentration, keeping the mind calm & focused, which in turn helps in tackling any life situations in our daily life.
