Parvinder, to handle such a situation u have to first calm and compose ur self.
1. Go to your boss and politely tell him, " Sir i want to improve myself and give my best to the company, I want to learn under your guidance. Sir, Kindly tell me on what points I should work upon to improve my work quality. Give me one more chance, Sir, and I will surely show results."
2. If he is a sensible boss and is scoulding u for some real mistake of ur then with lil buttering and diplomacy u can handle him...
3. But if ur boss is scoulding u intentionally , knowingly without much mistake of urs..........then believe me...his shouting n all is just a plan to force u to leave the company or wants to put soem other favourite person of his in ur post..............in such a case....COLLECT SOME PROOF, TAKE SOME OF UR COLLEGUES IN CONFIDENCE AND COMPLAIN TO THE SENIOR MOST BOSS.....most corporate companies these days have strong gender sensitisation cells......who will listen and take action against seniors harrassinf female staff...............use it in ur favour............and see how ur boss will come nagging behind u.
We had a similar case in our office....a senior boss wud call this lady at oddd hours and when she refused to attend call.....he complained that she is not efficient at work.............the lady complained on gender issues and immediately the head office changed the boss's location
So stop worrying ...IT IS TIME TO TAKE ACTION...DON'T LET ANYONE HARASS U UNNECCESSARILY AND HURT UR SELF ESTEEM
