After marriage the husband says to the wife that we are not compatible. Is it right on his part to refrain from his responsibilities by saying this?  

No it is not right for any one of couple becoz all thing is upgradable and reconstitutable, only requirement is positive feeds and supports. Another thing is 'In past all says that The God make a partner for everyone but according the past experiences now the our society know that the all thing is in hand of God but we r the world's best living body so some responciblities we can distribute with God and can Halp Him.

it is possible that either feel the loss of compatibility after some time. there is nothing right or wrong in this, the situation has to be accepted and understood before attempting to set right however much possible

No it's not right as when 2 peoples get maried then according to our indian culture the husband have to take the major part of responsibilities, he can't ignore his responsibilties by making poor statements like "we are not compatible".He has to sit together and resolve the issues, as nothing is impossible in the word.the only thing you have to do,just make the effort honestly with ur will power.

Divya answer varies case to case

Marriage is such a phenomena which is important for the growth of a society not only in terms of population but in terms of its economic growth...it is also a sacred institution..

If for any reason such a situation arises then best of the possible efforts sud be made to come over this i.e if uncompatiability can be rectified than definitely the couple should sit together to repair their relations..as it will affect their childerens & their own futures..

However if for any unfortunate reason it is not possible then they should get separated ASAP but after giving it a deep thought...

So far as shirking from responsibility is concerned I wud say that for small reason's one should not do this & generally no body does so.
