Usually permanent teeth are yellowish than milk teeth.
Normal healthy teeth shoudl have white yellowish colour.
so no need to bother abt the colour of teeth

i think your calcium level is not good because it is also a reason of yelloish teeth. use Calcium sandosh for resolving your teeth problem.
