is not in india ,it has only two or three college .YOu get best medical college in Australia...AAkash Institute is a good one for prepration of medical examination...by hard working only...consistent efforts... haveu can join a good coaching and thereby works very hard...you can join some good institution in ur city.u should hv good understanding ,consitency in study and accuracy while implementing is key
