PARMANENT A/C NO. U have to go for any unit trust of india office and submit the form,after few days u will recd. the PAN by post. no its not necessary for everyone but u must have ur PAN card. if u wana open necesseryfoall...yaaaaaaaaaa u donno or wt...PAN-parmanent account number, it is neccesary for person who is earning above income tax limit. there is no harm in making PAN card. there several important benifit of it

just go to a good agent who helps u in making ur new pan cards give him some extra money then within 15 working days u will be receiving ur new pan card......i hope so...You need to apply for a replacement.
