vartika the same situation arose when i had gf, u kno these feeling were killing me thinking my gf whom i loved tuuly is having an affiar with my fren, but i thought it was my infatuation, but i was wrong after few months after i saw her wit my fren dating ,i started ignoring her and she too did the same and guess wat she broke up wit me and i was not upset infact happy for she got wat she wanted. i guess this is love.
hope nothing similar happens to u, and hey let this take time and leave it as it goes, every thing will be fine.
