Becoz , Dhoni will not look for personal records like sachin, gavaskar, etc, and he will give respect and take respect with other players and not adament like ganguly, moreover he tells his guys even a new comer to play his natural game by enjoying it, his motivation towards his guys made him No.1 leader in Indian cricket today.
