If we will analyse current playing lot then brett lee ,shawn tait,Zaheer khan are some talented bowlers leading the lists,but you can't tell any of the current lot as best as MAcgrath like bowlers who was having full capabilities to change the course of game.These current bowlers are inconsistent ,some times performing good ,sometimes poor.

Brett Lee is presently the fastest bowler in the world. Shane Bond is also having pace which equals Brett lees but lack of fitness which made him not play much for the New Zealand team. Same is the case with Shoiab Akhtar who has more pace than Brett Lee but fitness is big problem and his terms with PCB is always in controversies.

On the current face of cricket undoubtedly Brett Lee , as he is fast furious , accurate and in the best of rhythm in the recent times. He performance in the Test was brilliant. If all time fast bowling is considered then I must say Waqar younis and Kapil Dev, and Courtney Walsh were the three great fast bowlers, there were not only fast but so much accurate and plus they used to swing the bowl quite a lot in the air. Waqar as we all know is famous for his reverse swinging yorkers, a kinda of bowl which no batsmen had answer too.

Presently i will say Brett Lee is the fastest bowler in the world and for me he is also the best bowler in the world.He has everything in him to become a good fats bowler and he has prove in the past and he is proving also that if given a tag of premier bowler he can live upto the expectation.He is not only a quickie but he also have other varieties also that means he is a clever bowler and not an out and out fast bowler.

We cannot say a particular bowler is the best bowler. It depends on the performance on that particular day. Even unknown bowlers become very popular and terrific in just two or three games. Sometimes, even the celebrated bowlers are hammered to all parts of the ground even by tail enders. At present, for India, Ishant and Praveen are bowling well and especiall, Ishant is bowling very well. For our team, Ishant Sharma is the best bowler at present, although it is long way to go for him. If he has the consistency, surely, he will be the best bowler for our team.
