In my view R.P Singh was the best among the other bowlers because he use to take wickets at very crucial moments..

Well, my friend at the moment there are many bowlers who are playing good among the young crop and none being consistent throughout but leacing test arena aside, where in Spin its no-doubt Kumble. While in pace sector it would be Irfan and Ishant, who are preceded by only fit Zaheer.

While in ODI it would be RP Singh, Ishant and Irfan who are performing better than others at the moment.

Doubtlessly Anil Kumble is the best bowler India ever produced when it comes to talent and number of wickets. But in pace bowling department Srinath is the best so far. Right now we do not have strike bowler of Bret Lee and Shoaib Akhtar's calss in our team. So we are poorer in that department compared to our batting depth.
