Jay,
Stumping is just another term for run outs as the batsman has to stay in the crease. In this case where the batsman is out of the crease while playing his shot and the wicket keeper takes off the bails it is considered ad run out.

There is no need to discuss for the umpires as in No balls a batsman can only be given out if he is out of the crease while running for a run or while playing his shot.

So going by the rules in No ball the batsman is out and umpire will raise his finger ahead of batsman and he will be considered out.

Not out, unless the batsman tries to steal a run and fails to reach the crease before bails are whipped off.

The batsman could only be given out "run out" during a no ball.He will be declared not out while getting stumped.

on a no ball the batsman will only be out if he tries to run and gets run out
if batsman is stumped on no ball he will be given not out

The Law is pretty clear on this. It's NOT OUT

"Law 39 (Stumped)

Out Stumped

(a) The striker is out Stumped if

(i) he is out of his ground
and (ii) he is receiving a ball which is not a No ball
and (iii) he is not attempting a run
and (iv) his wicket is fairly put down by the wicket-keeper without the intervention of another member of the fielding side."

You can be stumped off a wide, but that is not a no ball.

The batsman will be judged out. The batsman can get out in a no ball through either run out ,stumped or by obstructing the field.

Well Jay, at no ball a batsman can be given out by named

run out
out handled the ball
out hit the ball twice
out obstructing the field.

But at no ball he can't be given stumpped out

while he may be given runout if he attempts to take run after beat by the ball and the keeper after collecting can make the batsman run out.

so he cann't be given stump out at no ball ...........

straight away the batsman is declared OUT,STUMPING is given OUT even on a NO BALL case but if a batsman grts BOWLED then he is given NOT OUT.

The batsman is declared out, even if he is stumped on a no-ball. Only if the batsman is caught or bowled on a no-ball, then he is declared not out.
