indirectly help the Indian Cricket....Lets hope so too...well i think the coming of icl will awaken BCCI so ultimately it will benefit cricket...yes definetly. ICL may not change Indian cricket completely but it can change politics in Indian cricket ....i am the best....Indian Cricket League will not change Cricket, They will take up cricket from its down level, make good players and work for the betterment
