Harbhajan has gone agains the ICC rules many times since many Umpires have reported against him to the ICC. But,against the recent problem between Harbhajan and Symmonds,ICC was fair and a neutral person - a retired Judge - was appointed by ICC to give judgement.

ICC must just forget the episode and move ahead. Both of them were guilty in their own respective ways. If the burly Australians tried to intimidate Harbhajan, the gutsy sardar showed he is punjab da puttar!

The episode has been finished and now it is not necessary to find what had happened that day. BCCI is supporting Harbhajan and they were with him all the way, which is great.

It has seems that you had asked this for discussion because the chapter is already closed. considering the past recoed of sledeging by Australian players and their behavior in the series even after Sydney incident I can say harbhajan must trusted.

Definitely Harbhajan, as his histroy of conduct is an evident proof of his character.
While as for Symonds even though he lays claims to many wrong doings but in open court was nt able to prove his own words.
