Firstly wife will get the legal authorities, but the children's are major, that s way they are also having legal heir,with the written consent of children s only wife can perform the things.

the property goes to the legal heirs of the son....In case of death of the younger son the property will go back to the father unless the younger son already had a nominee appointeed in his will or in any otherWhether younger Son has already married or not, if married then , the property will goes to his legal heir such as his wifes name or in the name of his children, if the Son is a bachelor
