A static society is one where there is no change or development for years together. When there is social unrest,, it's good.It is a harbinger of change. But there is no change in societies of Africa etc... esp the under developed Asian countries.India was a static society till the British came. Then we began to develop with the advent of electricity, railways, telegraphs.etc...We are not static but still some of the savage cultures in the islands of north America are still in villages. Some eat men.Yeah, and they haven't reformed yet.No christian or any other civilized culture has touched them. They are static for years together and will be so for years to come.
