What NOT to do? Don't watch porn movies, don't chat with females online or mobile as every one of it will lead to spoiling of mind. Don't gather ur friends around to gamble or drink.
Don't read magazines that carry trash news and nonsensical info that can spur ur spirit/ turn u antagonistic to other people or communities or make u confused/misdirect you.Don't talk to people who instigate feelings of sex and violence in u.Don't watch horror movies and keep trembling the whole night, if u are mentally not equipped to see it as a mere movie.
