It is amazing that India which has a lot of valuable intellectuals, thinkers and academicians should have such dearth of leaders. We have been quite a people. If by chance I become a PM, I will not be able to do anything much. My constraints would be from my party people, from opposition, from press, from coalitions. So the truth is a PM cannot exercise much freedom at all. We can see it by the way ManMohan Singh is functioning.
But if I belong to a party that enforces secular principles, I will first crush terrorist forces. I will call the BJP, VHP,BD and make them understand that if they remain silent, I can work out solutions. But if they go ahead and rape nuns, I will have to put them in jails under goonda act.
The only thing the Islamists want is ethnic cleansing. So laws against it will have to be enforced. Grouping in the name of religion, forming political parties for creating creating religious hegemony is another.The first thing I would do is remove
caste, religious, creed references of a person in all Govt applications.
A resume should contain-
Name/DOB/address/father's name/ education/experience/expected salary/ nationality

Hi Mohan,

You may have prompted from a movie to ask this question. In that movie itself it is shown how hard to stop corruption, and what price he had to give.

Well, if I get such a chance will be doing the same – to reduce corruption as much as possible. In a day a difference can’t be made, but can try for some changes. Anyway, from next day onwards those changes will re-change to previous form.

I felt often disgusting for India placed in the list of highly corrupted countries. This is the main fact for most industrialists not choosing India. For prosperity all channels should be clean and uncorrupted.
