this type of phobia found in many people.
it is due to scare about something like ghost, mainly it is nonsense, but the main thing is that the person who suffers from this will understand all the scare behind this.
it is better for u to don't think to much about this (any ghost or any unusual thing) try ourself in any other thing because if u busy in doing something then your mind have no time to think about this.
try to overcome from this by sleeping alone as much as u can, it is better for u that u sleep aside from the wall or use some pillows or quilt or anything which support u on your back side, because in this type of cases most the people think that some body attack them from the back or from the down.
firstly try these things and don't think too much about those type of things which makes you scare, and sleep as much as alone as u can.
